Ikigai Lifestyle - Fitter, Healthier & Happier

Found my Ikigai in my 60s.  The greatest gift that you can give yourself is to find something you love doing naturally.  And it started with me continuing my education. Attend courses, read, watch YouTube and reflect on what are the things that aligns with my values.  The key was to take actions and do reflections. I call it inner-work.


The process of self-discovery and self-empowerment is not by reading a book, but by challenging myself to think differently and do things differently.  Most importantly, is to have an open mind, look at things with new pair of eyes.

I want to know myself, trust myself and Be Myself.  It felt very liberating. 

I started exploring, experimenting and experiencing the way I want to live my life - Fitter, Healthier & Happier;  Learn, share and grow. Stronger together.
