I see light at the end of the tunnel. I am energised each day looking forward to learn new things, share and grow.
I used to worry a lot. Now I know what it means to know myself, trust myself and be myself. And I have stop thinking so much and be more spontaneous. It doesn't mean I don't think. I am a thinker and a caregiver when I did an assessment. So I think about myself as a thinker when I reflect on my daily activities. We mustn't box ourselves nor label ourselves. As humans, we would likely fluctuate in different state of mind and experience different emotions. The secret to feel peaceful is to reflect, introspect and let it go. Don't take life seriously, the more we let go, the lighter we become. Things will only get better.
